KRAFT Ratatouille Pasta
- 8 cups chopped vegetables (eggplant, zucchini, red and green peppers, onions)
- 1 (28 oz/796 mL) can diced tomatoes Safeway 1 lb For $1.29 thru 02/09
- 1/4 cup Kraft Sun-Dried Tomato & Oregano Dressing
- 4 cups cooked rotini pasta or Fusilli
- 1/2 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese
- COMBINE vegetables with tomatoes and dressing in a 13 x 9-inch (3.5 L) baking dish.
- BAKE at 400F (200C) for 30 to 40 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
- COMBINE with cooked pasta and toss with cheese.
