Mini Brownies (Two-Bite)

  1. Preheat oven to 325F Butter 30 small muffin tins.
  2. Place the butter and the chocolate in a stainless steel bown over a saucepan of simmering water.
  3. Stir it occasionally.
  4. Once it is melted and smooth, remove from heat and let it cool for a few minutes.
  5. Stir in the sugar until well blended, then add the vanilla.
  6. Mix in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  7. Mix in the flour until well blended.
  8. Fill each muffin cup half-full with the batter.
  9. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
