Caesar Salad Wraps
- 1 whole wheat tortilla (La Tortilla Factory or any 100 calorie tortilla)
- 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped (I just estimate)
- 2 tablespoons croutons
- 1 tablespoon Annie's Goddess Dressing (or any light caesar you like)
- 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese or 1 tablespoon romano cheese, grated
- 1 pinch parsley (optional)
- Place your warmed up tortilla on a paper towel (I like to warm mine up in a pan for a minute or two).
- Spread the dressing around the tortilla.
- Put the lettuce in the middle.
- Sprinkle on the croutons & the cheese & the parsley if using.
- Fold in the sides, then fold the top of the tortilla over tucking everything inside.
- Press down firmly to hold together.
- Dig in!
