Smoked Salmon Dijonnaise Recipe

  1. Combine extra virgin olive oil, cream, mustard, onion and dill in a medium mixing bowl and mix well with a wooden spoon.
  2. Stir in 3 Tbsp.
  3. lemon juice, steak sauce and pepper.
  4. Add in minced salmon and carefully mix just till coated.
  5. Cover and chill till serving time.
  6. Just before serving, cut avocados in half lengthwise and remove pit.
  7. Rub cut edges of avocados with lemon juice to prevent discoloration.
  8. Mound smoked salmon into cavity of each half and serve.
  9. NOTE: Pathmark sells smoked salmon ends at $4.00 a lb..
