Miso and Teriyaki Chicken Hamburger with Green Onion

  1. Put the ground chicken and minced leek in a bowl, then add all the ingredients.
  2. Mix well.

  4. Press the middle of each patty in just a little bit.
  5. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.

  7. Cover the frying pan with a lid and grill it for about 5 to 6 minutes on low heat.
  8. Flip the patties over after about 3 minutes.
  9. Add the sauce you made in Step 2 to the fry pan and shake the pan to let the sauce cover the patties.
  10. Lower the heat and heat until the sauce is nice and shiny.
