All Purpose Crockpot Chicken
- 4 lb chicken
- 2 tsp seasoned salt
- 1 dash pepper
- 1 small onion, quartered
- 1 medium carrot, quartered
- Rinse chicken with water and pat dry.
- Sprinkle chicken skin and cavity with seasoned salt and pepper.
- Fill cavity with onion and carrot.
- Place chicken in crockpot breast side up.
- Cover.
- Cook on high 4-6 hours.
- This chicken is great to pull apart and eat or cook and use in a casserole later.
