Summer's Bounty Grilled Shrimp Salad

  1. Preheat grill to medium heat.
  2. Combine dressing, soy sauce and lime zest.
  3. Remove 1/3 cup of the dressing mixture; place in small bowl.
  4. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  5. Toss salad greens with the zucchini, tomatoes and onions in salad bowl; cover.
  6. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  7. Thread shrimp evenly onto wooden or metal skewers.
  8. Grill 5 to 6 min.
  9. on each side or until shrimp turn pink, turning occasionally and brushing with the remaining dressing mixture.
  10. Remove shrimp from skewers; place over the salad.
  11. Drizzle with the reserved 1/3 cup dressing; toss to coat.
  12. Sprinkle with the almonds.
