Baskin Robbins' B.R. Blast Recipe

  1. Combine the espresso, lowfat milk and sugar in a blender and mix on medium speed for 15 seconds to dissolve sugar.
  2. Add in ice cream and ice then blend on high speed till smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour drink into two 16-oz glasses.
  4. If you like, add in whipped cream to the top of each drink followed by a sprinkle of cinnamon.
  5. This recipe yields 2 large drinks.
  6. For the Mocha version, add in 2 Tbsp.
  7. of chocolate syrup to the recipe above and prepare as described.
