Baskin Robbins' B.R. Blast Recipe
- 1 c. cool espresso
- 1 c. whole lowfat milk
- 1/3 c. granulated sugar
- 1 c. vanilla ice cream - (heaping)
- 2 c. crushed ice or possibly ice cubes Whipped cream Cinnamon
- Combine the espresso, lowfat milk and sugar in a blender and mix on medium speed for 15 seconds to dissolve sugar.
- Add in ice cream and ice then blend on high speed till smooth and creamy.
- Pour drink into two 16-oz glasses.
- If you like, add in whipped cream to the top of each drink followed by a sprinkle of cinnamon.
- This recipe yields 2 large drinks.
- For the Mocha version, add in 2 Tbsp.
- of chocolate syrup to the recipe above and prepare as described.
