Tequila-Citrus Marinade

• 1 qt. A.1. Gourmet Sauce, Orange Chipotle
• 2-2/3 cups tequila
• 2 cups fresh lime juice
• 2-1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
• 1/2 cup cilantro, lightly packed
• 2-1/2 Tbsp. lime zest
• 1 clove garlic cloves
• 4 tsp. dried oregano leaves
• 2 tsp. ground cumin

1. Process all ingredients in food processor until well blended.
2. Refrigerate until ready to use.
