Edamame and Browned Garlic Spread

  1. Heat olive oil in a nonstick pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Saute garlic until golden brown, 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add edamame, and cook another 3 minutes.
  4. Add salt and lemon juice.
  5. Remove from heat and transfer everything to a food processor.
  6. Puree until smooth.
  7. Add a tablespoon of water if spread is too thick.
  8. Add salt to taste.
