Crispy Herb Stuffing Chicken Fingers
- 1 cup BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09
- 1 Tbsp. LEA & PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 3/4-inch wide strips
- 4 cups STOVE TOP Homestyle Herb Stuffing Mix in the Canister, coarsely crushed
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
- Heat oven to 375F.
- Combine first 5 ingredients in shallow dish.
- Dip chicken in sour cream mixture; coat with crushed stuffing mix.
- Arrange chicken in single layers on 2 rimmed baking sheets.
- Drizzle with butter.
- Bake 25 to 30 min.
- or until chicken is done, rotating baking sheets halfway through cooking time.
