Crispy Herb Stuffing Chicken Fingers

  2. Combine first 5 ingredients in shallow dish.
  3. Dip chicken in sour cream mixture; coat with crushed stuffing mix.
  4. Arrange chicken in single layers on 2 rimmed baking sheets.
  5. Drizzle with butter.
  6. Bake 25 to 30 min.
  7. or until chicken is done, rotating baking sheets halfway through cooking time.
