Egg Sausage Brunch Recipe

  1. Brown sausage and onions (drain).
  2. Butter 9 x 13 pan.
  3. Put croutons on bottom of pan, then layer sausage and then cheese.
  4. Beat next 3 ingredients and pour over casserole.
  5. 2 1/2 c. lowfat milk 3/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  6. Chill casserole overnight.
  7. Before baking, mix topping and pour over top.
