Pear & Prosciutto Sandwich
- 12 slices whole wheat French bread slices (6x1/4-inch), toasted
- 1-1/2 cups Philadelphia Light Brick Cream Cheese Spread
- 1/4 cup walnuts, toasted, chopped
- 3 pears or 48 slices pears, quartered, cored, thinly sliced lengthwise
- 12 slices sliced prosciutto
- 1-1/2 qt. baby arugula, loosely packed
- 1/4 cup PURE Kraft Refrigerated Sweet Balsamic Vinaigrette
- For each serving: Spread 1 bread slice with 2 Tbsp.
- (30 mL) cream cheese.
- Top with 1/2 tsp.
- (2 mL) nuts, 4 pear slices, 1 prosciutto slice, 1/2 cup (125 mL) arugula, 1 tsp.
- (5 mL) dressing and additional 1/2 tsp.
- (2 mL) nuts.
