Pear & Prosciutto Sandwich

  1. For each serving: Spread 1 bread slice with 2 Tbsp.
  2. (30 mL) cream cheese.
  3. Top with 1/2 tsp.
  4. (2 mL) nuts, 4 pear slices, 1 prosciutto slice, 1/2 cup (125 mL) arugula, 1 tsp.
  5. (5 mL) dressing and additional 1/2 tsp.
  6. (2 mL) nuts.
