Glazed Baby Carrots Recipe

  1. Cook carrots in a small amount of boiling water 5 min or possibly till crisp-tender; drain.
  2. Heat butter in a small saucepan; add in brown sugar, pineapple juice, and ginger.
  3. Pour mix over carrots and toss gently.
  4. Garnish if you like.
  5. Yield: 4 servings.
