Parsleyed Sauerkraut Brats
- 2 c. prepared sauerkraut
- 1/2 c. fresh flat-leaf parsley
- 3 tbsp. water
- 4 raw bratwursts
- 4 hot dog buns
- In a medium bowl, toss together prepared sauerkraut and chopped parsley.
- Heat water in a large skillet and add raw bratwursts.
- Cook, covered, until cooked through, about 10 minutes.
- Uncover and cook, turning, until golden brown, 5 minutes more.
- Serve brats in buns and topped with Parsleyed Sauerkraut.
