Parsleyed Sauerkraut Brats

  1. In a medium bowl, toss together prepared sauerkraut and chopped parsley.
  2. Heat water in a large skillet and add raw bratwursts.
  3. Cook, covered, until cooked through, about 10 minutes.
  4. Uncover and cook, turning, until golden brown, 5 minutes more.
  5. Serve brats in buns and topped with Parsleyed Sauerkraut.
