Sloppy Joes with Cornbread

  1. Prepare corn muffin mix as directed on package.
  2. Pour into 8- or 9-inch cake pan.
  3. Bake at 400 degree F for 20 to 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
  4. Cool slightly.
  5. Brown meat in skillet; drain.
  6. Add barbecue sauce; heat thoroughly.
  7. Cut cornbread into 4 wedges.
  8. Spoon 1/2 cup meat mixture over each cornbread wedge.
  9. Top with desired toppings.
  10. Try serving with carrot and celery sticks with KRAFT Ranch Dressing as a dip and prepared JELL-O.
