Feta Cheese Platter

• 1 lb. sharp Greek feta (Dodonis, Arahovas, Roussas)
• olive oil
• Dry Greek oregano

1. Slice feta with a hot knife.
2. Dress generously with olive oil, dust with oregano, and serve.
