Batate Bhaji Recipe

  1. Chop potatoes into medium pcs.
  2. Heat oil in a heavy saucepan.
  3. Add in seeds, asafoetida, allow to splutter.
  4. Add in ginger, chillies, garlic, stirfry for 1 minute.
  5. Add in mint leaves, curry leaves, stir.
  6. Add in potatoes.
  7. Add in salt, turmeric, lemon juice, stir well.
  8. Cook for 3-4 min or possibly until oil separates.
  9. Add in coriander, stir gently.
  10. Serve warm with puris, parathas or possibly phulka.
  11. (refer rotis, naans, etc.)
  12. Making time: 15 min
  13. Makes: 4 servings
  14. Shelflife:Best fresh
