Greek Chicken
- 3 1/2 pounds chicken breasts halves, boned, skinned
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 each onions chopped
- 2 teaspoons seasoned salt
- 1/4 teaspoon margarine or butter, whipped
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper coarsely ground
- 1 each tomatoes cut into 6 wedges
- Combine garlic powder, oregano, lemon juice, olive oil, chopped onion, seasoned salt and salt.
- Mix thoroughly and pour over chicken breasts.
- Marinate over night.
- Melt whipped margarine in frying pan.
- Add chicken and saute until tenderly done and evenly browned.
- Garnish with coarsely ground black pepper and tomato wedges.
