Crispy Popcorn Recipe

• 1/2 c. sugar
• 1/2 c. butter
• 1/2 teaspoon soda
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/2 c. corn syrup
• 1/2 sm. pkg. dry Jello (any flavor)
• 6 quarts. popcorn

1. Mix sugar, butter, corn syrup and jello in saucepan.
2. Bring to boil stirring constantly.
3. Add in soda and vanilla.
4. Stir, mix should be foamy.
5. Add in to popcorn and stir well.
6. Bake on cookie sheet at 250 degrees for 15 min.
7. Stir, then turn off oven and keep in for 15 min more.
