Chocolate-Banana Muffins
- 1 pkg. (2-layer size) chocolate cake mix
- 1 pkg. (4-serving size) Jell-O Chocolate Instant Pudding
- 1-1/3 cups mashed fully ripe bananas (about 3)
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Prepare cake batter as directed on package, blending dry pudding mix, bananas and cinnamon into batter before spooning into 24 paper-lined muffin cups.
- Bake 20 to 25 min.
- or until toothpick inserted in centres comes out clean.
- Cool in pans 10 min.
- Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
