Pork Chops Creole Style

  1. Cook rice as directed on package, omitting salt.
  2. Meanwhile, cook and stir onions and green peppers in dressing in large skillet on medium heat 2 min.
  3. or until vegetables are crisp-tender but not browned; spoon to one side of skillet.
  4. Add chops to other side of skillet; cook on medium heat 4 min.
  5. on each side or until chops are evenly browned.
  6. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce and hot pepper sauce; stir.
  7. Bring to boil; cover.
  8. Simmer on low heat 3 to 5 min.
  9. or until chops are done (145F).
  10. Remove from heat; let stand 3 min.
  11. Spoon rice onto platter; top with chops, vegetables and sauce.
