Chili Bueno
- 1 teaspoon dried chipotle powder
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 18-14 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 teaspoons Mexican oregano
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika, Spanish
- 2 -3 teaspoons ground cumin
- 2 -3 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper, freshly ground
- 2 -3 tablespoons dried onion, minced white
- 12 ounces spicy vegetable juice, V8
- 8 ounces vegetable juice, V8
- 28 ounces diced tomatoes, undrained
- 30 ounces dark red kidney beans, undrained
- 2 lbs 85% lean ground beef
- 1.
- Brown ground beef along with salt and pepper.
- 2.
- Add all spices, stir well.
- 3.
- Add tomatoes, beans and V-8 juices.
- 4.
- Cook approximately 10 minutes on medium.
- 5.
- Mash most of beans and tomatoes, to your liking.
- 6.
- Cook another 30 minutes on low.
- 7.
- You can top with sour cream and cheese if you like.
