Creamy Tarragon Dijon Dressing

  1. Mix mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, sugar and tarragon until well blended.
  2. Gradually add oil, whisking until well blended.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste; cover.
  4. Refrigerate at least 2 hours for flavors to blend.
  5. Stir before serving.
