Creamy Tarragon Dijon Dressing
- 2-1/2 qt. KRAFT Extra Heavy Mayonnaise
- 2 cups white wine vinegar
- 1-1/2 cups GREY POUPON Classic Dijon Mustard
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 Tbsp. dried tarragon leaves
- 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
- - salt
- - pepper
- Mix mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, sugar and tarragon until well blended.
- Gradually add oil, whisking until well blended.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste; cover.
- Refrigerate at least 2 hours for flavors to blend.
- Stir before serving.
