Mini Lemon-Blueberry Pudding Pie Bites

• 1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) JELL-O Lemon Flavor Instant Pudding
• 1 cup cold milk
• 30 square shortbread cookies
• 1/4 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
• 1/2 cup blueberries

1. Beat pudding mix and milk with whisk 2 min.
2. (Pudding will be thick.)
3. Spoon into resealable plastic bag; press excess air from bag, then seal bag.
4. Cut small piece from one bottom corner of bag; use to pipe pudding onto cookies.
5. Top with COOL WHIP and blueberries.
