Meatloaf Forever
- 23 cups Dry Bread Crumbs
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 pounds Ground Beef
- 2 whole Eggs, Beaten
- 1/2 whole Medium Onion, Minced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Sage
- 18 teaspoons Pepper
- 1/2 cups Ketchup
- 13 cups Brown Sugar
- 2 teaspoons Dry Mustard
- 1/2 teaspoons Nutmeg
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- In a large bowl, soak bread crumbs in the milk for at least a couple minutes.
- Then add beef, eggs, onion, salt, sage, and pepper.
- Pat mixture into a 9X13 pan.
- Combine the ketchup, brown sugar, dry mustard, and nutmeg.
- Spoon over the loaf and bake for 45-50 minutes.
