Easy Tomato and Spinach Soup
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can condensed tomato soup
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can water
- 12 packet of lipton garlic and herb dry soup mix
- 2 teaspoons cracked pepper
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1 12 cups fresh spinach
- 8 grape tomatoes
- 14 cup mozzarella cheese
- Make tomato soup according to the can.
- Then while the soup is heating, add the half packet of dry soup mix.
- Turn heat on high and stir occasionally.
- Add pepper and basil.
- Half and quarter the tomatoes.
- If they are big, they should be quartered.
- once the soup is bubbling, add the tomatoes.
- Stir for 2 minutes.
- Last, add the spinach and stir for about 5 more minutes.
- Divide into bowls and add mozzarella on top.
- Serve with Cheez-it crackers.
