Healthy Pork and Cucumber with Mayonnaise Sauce
- 1/2 Cucumber
- 100 grams Pork (belly or thin slices)
- 1 dash Salt
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Tonkatsu sauce (Japanese-style Worcestershire sauce or steak sauce)
- 1 Bonito flakes
- Bring a pot of water to boil and cook the pork.
- Once it's cooked through, remove it from the hot water and slice into bite-sized pieces.
- Rub the cucumber with salt, drain, then slice on the diagonal.
- Lightly sprinkle with salt, and leave it for 1-2 minutes.
- Transfer cucumbers and pork to a bowl, and mix with the mayonnaise and tonkatsu sauce.
- Plate and garnish with bonito flakes.
