Healthy Pork and Cucumber with Mayonnaise Sauce

  1. Bring a pot of water to boil and cook the pork.
  2. Once it's cooked through, remove it from the hot water and slice into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Rub the cucumber with salt, drain, then slice on the diagonal.
  4. Lightly sprinkle with salt, and leave it for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Transfer cucumbers and pork to a bowl, and mix with the mayonnaise and tonkatsu sauce.
  6. Plate and garnish with bonito flakes.
