Arugula And Watercress Salad Recipe
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 3 Tbsp. sherry vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp. orange juice
- 2 tsp grated orange peel Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
- 4 c. arugula washed, torn
- 2 c. watercress washed, torn
- 1 x red onion sliced thin rings
- 1/2 c. halved cherry tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
- Combine all dressing ingredients in a small bowl.
- Whisk till blended.
- In a salad bowl, toss all ingredients for the salad.
- Add in dressing and toss well.
- Top each individual salad plate with toasted sesame seeds.
- This recipe yields 6 servings.
