Broccoli Slaw
- 1/3 cup orange juice, about 1/2 an orange
- 1/3 cup rice vinegar
- 2 teaspoons minced shallot
- Coarse salt
- 1 tablespoon dark sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon Coleman's mustard
- 1 (10 ounce) bag broccoli slaw
- Combine orange juice, vinegar and shallots in bowl you'll be serving slaw in.
- Add good pinch of salt.
- Let stand 5 to 20 minutes, as long as you can.
- Whisk in sesame oil, ginger and mustard.
- Taste and adjust seasonings.
- Add broccoli slaw to bowl, toss to combine.
- Taste once more.
- Serve immediately.
