Broccoli Slaw

  1. Combine orange juice, vinegar and shallots in bowl you'll be serving slaw in.
  2. Add good pinch of salt.
  3. Let stand 5 to 20 minutes, as long as you can.
  4. Whisk in sesame oil, ginger and mustard.
  5. Taste and adjust seasonings.
  6. Add broccoli slaw to bowl, toss to combine.
  7. Taste once more.
  8. Serve immediately.
