Peppered Rib Eye Steaks

  1. Combine first 7 ingredients.
  2. Brush steaks with olive oil; rub with pepper mixture.
  3. Cover and chill 1 hour.
  4. Grill, covered with grill lid, over medium-high heat 8 to 10 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness.
