Hot Chicken Sandwiches
- 2 (4 1/2 ounce) cans white chicken meat packed in water
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, cubed
- 1 (16 ounce) jar salsa
- 1 (2 cup) bag cheddar cheese
- 8 -10 hamburger buns
- aluminum foil
- In a crock pot, dump salsa, cheddar cheese, and cream cheese (cubed so it will blend easier), and both cans of chicken (water drained).
- Stir regularly, until melted and smooth.
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Spoon hot chicken into buns and wrap in aluminum foil.
- Bake for 5 minutes.
