Apples Foster Recipe

• 2 x minced gala apples
• 2 Tbsp. sugar
• 1/2 c. Calvados (apple brandy) Butter Cream, optional Ice cream

1. Put apples in warm pan with a pat of butter.
2. When the apples start to turn a nice golden brown color, remove the pan from the fire and add in the Calvados.
3. Reduce by half, and add in some cream, if you like.
4. Serve over your favorite ice cream.
