Boothbay Blueberry Sauce

  1. Stir the lemon juice, orange rind, orange juice and sugar in a large pot.
  2. Bring to a rolling boil.
  3. Add berries and bring to a full boil again.
  4. Add cinnamon, cloves and pectin and boil hard, stirring constantly, for 1 minute.
  5. Remove from heat, pour into hot, sterilized jars, cover and seal.
