Seven Layer Bar Cookies
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 pkg. (6 oz.) chocolate chips
- 1 pkg. (6 oz.) butterscotch chips
- 1-1/3 cup coconut
- 1/2 cup chopped almonds
- walnuts
- 15 oz. Eagle brand milk
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Melt butter in a 13x9-inch pan, then add graham cracker crumbs in pan; mix until butter is absorbed.
- Press crumb mixture into bottom of pan.
- Layer chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, coconut and nuts.
- Pour Eagle brand milk evenly over the top and bake for 30 minutes.
- Cool completely and cut into 1 inch squares.
