Quasadilla
- 2 cup flour
- 100 grams butter
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 1 tsp soda
- 1 salt
- 500 grams chicken breasts
- 150 grams rice
- 200 grams tomato paste and ketchup
- 2 tomatos
- 1 large onion
- 2 sweet pepper
- 100 grams greens
- 150 grams cheese
- To prepare tortillas mix with hands flour + soda + butter + salt + water.
- Leave for 30 minutes by covering so that it doesn't dry.
- Cut balls from the dough and roll with a rolling-pin until you have round forms of 0,3 sm height and 20-25 sm diameter.
- Put the round doughs to pan on gas until they become red then turn.
- After all are ready cover them so that they don't dry.
- You can keep them for a week in fridge.
- To prepare the filling, cut the chicken into small cubes and fry by mixing periodically.
- Add salt and ground pepper.
- Add cut tomatoes, onion, pepper, ketchup, tomato paste.
- Boil rice and add to the previous.
- Add also grated cheese and small cut greens (I took mint, celery, parsley)
- Take some filling with a spoon and roll into the tortillas.
- Put into microwave to make it softer.
