Quasadilla

  1. To prepare tortillas mix with hands flour + soda + butter + salt + water.
  2. Leave for 30 minutes by covering so that it doesn't dry.
  3. Cut balls from the dough and roll with a rolling-pin until you have round forms of 0,3 sm height and 20-25 sm diameter.
  4. Put the round doughs to pan on gas until they become red then turn.
  5. After all are ready cover them so that they don't dry.
  6. You can keep them for a week in fridge.
  7. To prepare the filling, cut the chicken into small cubes and fry by mixing periodically.
  8. Add salt and ground pepper.
  9. Add cut tomatoes, onion, pepper, ketchup, tomato paste.
  10. Boil rice and add to the previous.
  11. Add also grated cheese and small cut greens (I took mint, celery, parsley)
  12. Take some filling with a spoon and roll into the tortillas.
  13. Put into microwave to make it softer.
