Smoky Chickpea Dip

  2. In a food processor, pulse the garlic cloves.

  4. Add the garbanzo beans and olive oil, and pulse to combine.

  6. Add the lemon juice, vinegar and spices.

  8. Pulse until well combined and creamy.

  10. Garnish with chives.
  11. Serve with crudite, crostini or toasted pita bread.
