Smoky Chickpea Dip
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 2 cans (15 Oz. Can) Garbanzo Beans, Rinsed And Drained
- 6 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 Lemons, Juiced
- 1 teaspoon Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
- 1/2 teaspoons Kosher Salt
- 18 teaspoons Cayenne Paper
- Minced Chives To Garnish

- In a food processor, pulse the garlic cloves.
- 2.
- Add the garbanzo beans and olive oil, and pulse to combine.
- 3.
- Add the lemon juice, vinegar and spices.
- 4.
- Pulse until well combined and creamy.
- 5.
- Garnish with chives.
- Serve with crudite, crostini or toasted pita bread.
