Monterey jack cheese and parsley, basil biscuits
- 2 1/4 cup of bisquick or jiffy brand
- 2/3 cup of milk
- 1 tbsp each of dried parsley, basil and onion powder
- 1 top with monterey cheese and a dusting of paprika
- Mix together well, bisquick, basil, onion powder and parsley.
- Add milk and stir until a soft ball in created.
- Flour surface and roll pastry out to 1/2 inch and using a round cookie cutter or coffee mug, cut out 9 biscuits.
- Place on a un greased cookie sheet and add slices of monterey jack cheese and a dusting of paprika
- Make at 450 for 8-10 minutes.
- Enjoy!
