Monterey jack cheese and parsley, basil biscuits

  1. Mix together well, bisquick, basil, onion powder and parsley.
  2. Add milk and stir until a soft ball in created.
  3. Flour surface and roll pastry out to 1/2 inch and using a round cookie cutter or coffee mug, cut out 9 biscuits.
  4. Place on a un greased cookie sheet and add slices of monterey jack cheese and a dusting of paprika
  5. Make at 450 for 8-10 minutes.
  6. Enjoy!
