Chicken Burgers

  1. In a medium pan over medium heat saute all vegetables until trnsluscent.
  2. Remove and cool.
  3. Add veggies to raw chicken and mix.
  4. Add all dry ingredients and egg.
  5. Mix.
  6. Form into 6 patties.
  7. Saute or grill patties 2 to 3 minutes per side.

red onion, black olives, red bell pepper, garlic, ground chicken, paprika, chili powder, oregano, parsley, red chili pepper, ground cumin, celery salt, ground sage, bread crumbs, egg, whole wheat hamburger buns
