Stuffed Quail's Eggs Recipe beefa

  1. Drain and rinse Quails eggs in cold water.
  2. Let them air dry or pat them dry with paper towels.
  3. Cut the eggs in half and scoop out the yolks.
  4. Combine the yolks with everything but the chopped parsley and blend together with a fork
  5. Stuff mixture back into egg halves.
  6. Arrange on a platter and garnish with chopped parsley.
  7. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  8. You can vary the filling with any herbs, chopped bacon, a little crumbled goat cheese, etc.
  9. Have fun!
