Burgundy Beef

  1. Cook bacon.
  2. Roll meat in flour, salt, pepper, seasoning salt, marjoram and thyme, and brown in oil.
  3. Add and water and cook until water is evaporated.
  4. Add the garlic, bouillon, wine and mushrooms and simmer for 2 - 3 hours.
