Warm Fruity Rice Pudding

  2. MIX 2 cups milk, drained juice from 1 can (14 fl.
  3. oz / 398 mL) peach slices and mandarin orange segments, 1 pkg.
  4. (6-serving size) Jell-O Vanilla Cooked Pudding and Pie Filling, 1 tsp.
  5. ground ginger and 1 cup instant white rice in saucepan.
  6. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture thickens.
  7. Remove from heat, add drained fruit and let stand 15 minutes before serving.
