asian lettuce wraps
- 1 lb Ground pork or chicken
- 2 cup Diced mushrooms
- 1 can Diced water chestnuts
- 1 bunch Diced green onions
- 1 large Onion
- 4 clove Garlic
- 2 chopped portabella mushrooms
- 1 tbsp Rice wine vinegar
- 1 1/2 cup Hoisin sauce
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tsp Sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp Siracha
- 1 head Butter lettuce
- brown pork or chicken in skillet
- add diced 1 diced onion
- add garlic
- add diced mushrooms
- add water chestnuts
- drain grease and excess liquid from pan and return to heat.
- add diced green onions
- add hoisin,soy sauce,rice wine, siracha, and sesame seeds
- simmer for five minutes
- enjoy with fresh butter lettuce
