asian lettuce wraps

  1. brown pork or chicken in skillet
  2. add diced 1 diced onion
  3. add garlic
  4. add diced mushrooms
  5. add water chestnuts
  6. drain grease and excess liquid from pan and return to heat.
  7. add diced green onions
  8. add hoisin,soy sauce,rice wine, siracha, and sesame seeds
  9. simmer for five minutes
  10. enjoy with fresh butter lettuce
