Lavender-Thyme Syrup Recipe

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a small saucepan and stir to mix.
  2. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
  3. Once the mixture boils, reduce the heat to medium and simmer until the mixture is slightly thickened, about 5 minutes.
  4. Remove from the heat and let steep 15 to 20 minutes.
  5. Strain the syrup to remove the herbs, and transfer to a container with a tight-fitting lid.
  6. Cover and refrigerate the syrup until ready to use.
