Beef Curry

  1. Brown meat with onions, drain fat.
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients plus about 2/3 soup can of water.
  3. I use a 12 " oven safe stove top pan.
  4. Bake 50 minutes covered at 350.
  5. Remove lid and check water.
  6. If a little water remains just continue cooking for 10 more minutes uncovered.
  7. If all liquid is absorbed add about 1/2 c water and continue cooking uncovered 10 minutes.
  8. Top individual servings with a dollop of sour cream.
  9. I serve with Garlic Bread and whole kernel corn.
