Beef Curry
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 2 -3 tablespoons dried onion
- 2 (10 ounce) canscampbell's beef broth
- 1 cup long grain rice
- 1 (4 ounce) canpieces and stems mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons curry powder
- water
- sour cream
- Brown meat with onions, drain fat.
- Stir in remaining ingredients plus about 2/3 soup can of water.
- I use a 12 " oven safe stove top pan.
- Bake 50 minutes covered at 350.
- Remove lid and check water.
- If a little water remains just continue cooking for 10 more minutes uncovered.
- If all liquid is absorbed add about 1/2 c water and continue cooking uncovered 10 minutes.
- Top individual servings with a dollop of sour cream.
- I serve with Garlic Bread and whole kernel corn.
