Wilted Spinach Salad

  1. Bring a pot of water to boil.
  2. Add spinach and cook until just wilted, about 30 seconds.
  3. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  4. Squeeze out excess water and cut into bite size pieces.
  5. Toss with soy sauce and sesame oil.
  6. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and Japanese chili pepper just before serving.
