Komatsuna and Wasabi with Soy Sauce

  1. Chop off the roots, rinse well, then microwave for about 2 minutes in a heat-resistant dish.
  2. Rinse with cold water, then thoroughly squeeze out excess water.
  3. Dissolve the wasabi into the soy sauce, then mix with komatsuna.
  4. Mix in sesame oil, then serve.
