Komatsuna and Wasabi with Soy Sauce
- 1/2 bunch Komatsuna
- 1 cm Wasabi, tubed
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Ground sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- Chop off the roots, rinse well, then microwave for about 2 minutes in a heat-resistant dish.
- Rinse with cold water, then thoroughly squeeze out excess water.
- Dissolve the wasabi into the soy sauce, then mix with komatsuna.
- Mix in sesame oil, then serve.
