Shortbread Striped Delight
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup finely chopped PLANTERS Pecans
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed, divided
- 2 pkg. (3.9 oz. each) JELL-O Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding
- 3-1/2 cups cold milk
- Heat oven to 350F.
- Mix flour, nuts, sugar and butter; press onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan.
- Bake 20 min.
- or until lightly browned.
- Cool.
- Whisk cream cheese and 2 Tbsp.
- milk in large bowl until blended.
- Stir in half the COOL WHIP; spread onto crust.
- Beat pudding mixes and 3-1/2 cups milk in large bowl with whisk 2 min.
- Pour over cream cheese layer.
- Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
- Cover with remaining COOL WHIP before serving.
