Shortbread Striped Delight

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Mix flour, nuts, sugar and butter; press onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan.
  3. Bake 20 min.
  4. or until lightly browned.
  5. Cool.
  6. Whisk cream cheese and 2 Tbsp.
  7. milk in large bowl until blended.
  8. Stir in half the COOL WHIP; spread onto crust.
  9. Beat pudding mixes and 3-1/2 cups milk in large bowl with whisk 2 min.
  10. Pour over cream cheese layer.
  11. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
  12. Cover with remaining COOL WHIP before serving.
