Polish Sausage

• 4 pounds pork shoulder
• 1 pound stewing beef
• 2 tablespoons black pepper coarse
• 1 tablespoon marjoram
• 8 each garlic cloves pressed
• 1/4 teaspoon allspice
• 3 1/2 teaspoons salt
• 1 cup water

1. Grind pork and beef very coarsely.
2. Combine all ingredients, mix well and stuff into hog casing or make patties.
