Chocolate Chip Muffins
- 2 cup floor
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp (rounded) light brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
- 1/3 cup butter
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips
- Preheat oven to 400*
- Combine the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl, until well sifted together.
- Mix wet ingredients in a small mixing bowl.
- Pour the wet ingredients over the combined dry ingredients.
- Stir until blended.
- Fill muffin tin (lined or sprayed with cooking spray) half full with batter.
- Bake for about 12 minutes, rotate pan, bake for about another 12 minutes.
- (Less time for mini muffins)
