Chocolate Chip Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 400*
  2. Combine the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl, until well sifted together.
  3. Mix wet ingredients in a small mixing bowl.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients over the combined dry ingredients.
  5. Stir until blended.
  6. Fill muffin tin (lined or sprayed with cooking spray) half full with batter.
  7. Bake for about 12 minutes, rotate pan, bake for about another 12 minutes.
  8. (Less time for mini muffins)
